Check-in is at 4:00 PM EST Check-out is at 10:00 AM EST No pets are allowed. Please note, while the pool is heated at no additional charge (up to 85°F degrees), colder outdoor temperatures can impact the water temperature. This is beyond our control, and during colder periods the pool may feel too cool for comfortable swimming. Upon request, we can adjust the heater above 85°F for an additional charge of $35/day. ~Refunds~ We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance. For property protection and insurance purposes, there are exterior cameras at each corner of the house that monitor the driveway, gates, and side yards. To respect our neighbors and comply with city noise ordinances, the property is equipped with noise-monitoring devices. These devices do not record audio.
