Really fun backyard, this place was nice. The bunk beds are more suited for children with a 150lb weight limit. Hosts were helpful and responsive. Great for large groups who like to spend a lot of time outside.

Had a wonderful stay at Christine and Mike’s. The backyard is amazing and we enjoyed hours of unforgettable family time on the Pickleball court and in the pool. The house itself was also great, clean and well maintained with plenty of room to spread out. Close stores and restaurants and a quick drive to Anna Maria Island. Definitely hope to come back!

Fantastic house! Our kids had an awesome time out back and can’t wait to go back and stay again! The hosts were great and very responsive! The house is very close to the beaches and tons of stores nearby! We will definitely come back ☀️

We had a long weekend stay at Christine and Mike’s place with 9 other guys. Everything was exactly how it looked in the pictures and the backyard was the best part - we played basketball the whole weekend and everyone loved the pool and other games. The inside was spotless when we arrived and check in and check out was super easy. Would recommend to anyone staying with a large group of friends or family!

We had a great stay here for a girls' weekend! The place is beautifully designed, spacious, and well-appointed. Great, convenient location. The condo is on the same floor as the amenities - very easy to get the the gym, pool, or co-working space.
The hosts were fantastic – incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. It’s clear they take great pride in providing a great experience for their guests.
A couple of minor downsides to note: the property is located near a homeless shelter, which was noticeable, but didn’t negatively impact our stay. Also, the view from the patio is obstructed by the house next door, so you’re looking right at their roof. You can also hear noise from the neighboring porch and footsteps from the condo above, which could be disruptive for some.
Overall, we had great stay and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stylish, spacious, and well-located spot in Nashville. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t be happier! The home was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and so much fun for our whole family. The backyard was especially stunning and became our favorite place to relax and spend time together.
My kids loved every minute of our stay and didn’t want to leave! The space was comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for making special memories. The hosts were incredible—kind, responsive, and truly cared about making sure we had a great experience.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. Five stars all the way!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The space has great vintage vibes, was spotless, and furnished with really nice pieces. It came stocked with everything we needed — plenty of dishware, basics, even some games and cards for downtime.
The concierge/security team in the lobby was a bonus. Every person we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. We felt welcome the entire time.
Access to the building and unit was incredibly smooth with keyless entry through the app, and the house manual being available through another app made it easy to find anything we needed.
Location is an easy walk to Broadway Street, and for those who’d rather ride, a quick Uber for under $10.
Hosts are phenomenal communicators! Very accessible and quick to respond to inquiries. Thumbs up to you Christine & Mike!!
Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!
